- Ground-floor access and some outdoor space
- ADU, duplex, or townhome preferred
- Long-term lease; move-in date is flexible
- Budget: under $3,400, depending on amenities
- Preferred area: Central Marin—south of Novato and west of the freeway, toward San Anselmo. I’ll consider nearby neighborhoods if a home is an especially good fit.
A special request
I’ve developed a sensitivity to electromagnetic fields (EMF), so I’m looking to minimize the number of shared walls. I know this may be unfamiliar to some. One way to understand this sensitivity is like a sunburn: sunlight may feel comfortable normally, but painful on sunburned skin.
My goal is to create a home oasis that is calm and nurturing to the soul and body. I’ve invested in formal education and professional meters to better understand my sensitivity. Since conditions vary from home to home, I assess each property before making a decision about a lease. and I appreciate people who meet my goal with curiosity and compassion.

I’m a single occupant, pet-free and a non-smoker, with an 800+ credit score, strong references, and stable income. I enjoy gardening and would be happy to care for existing plants or help with minor upkeep. I take good care of my homes—and have a track record of leaving them better than I found them.
